With a background in HR and Marketing, and postgraduate qualifications in Management and Workplace Transformation, Michaela founded Professional Resumes Australia in 2014. Michaela prides herself on leading with integrity, delivering an exceptional client experience, and a track record of helping thousands of Australians to excel in their public sector careers. As the lead of our training team and a skilled facilitator, Michaela enjoys partnering with organisations to deliver engaging, impactful, and aligned career development training.

Executive Writer, Coach & Facilitator

With postgraduate qualifications in Public Communications and a background in Behavioural Psychology, Emma has extensive experience in recruitment, over ten years in the Australian public sector, and substantial expertise in training and development. With a wealth of knowledge and a skill for effective facilitation, Emma has taught career development at the tertiary level at multiple leading Australian universities. Since her commencement with Professional Resumes Australia in 2017, Emma has successfully developed and delivered tailored career and leadership workshops to diverse cohorts at all levels with excellent results.
