Michaela prides herself on leading with integrity, delivering an exceptional client experience, and a track record of helping thousands of Australians to excel in their public sector careers. As the lead of our training team and a skilled facilitator, Michaela enjoys partnering with organisations to deliver engaging, impactful, and aligned career development training.

Executive Writer, Coach & Facilitator
With postgraduate qualifications in Public Communications and a background in Behavioural Psychology, Emma has extensive experience in recruitment, over ten years in the Australian public sector, and substantial expertise in training and development. With a wealth of knowledge and a skill for effective facilitation, Emma has taught career development at the tertiary level at multiple leading Australian universities.
